Blogging Effectively - ENRICH Your Readers to Keep them Coming Back!
Enrich is a wonderful word – it’s a word we love at BrightDart. We want to make every experience our clients have with us a RICH experience. We want it to be rewarding in its process AND in its results.
How do we do that in our blogs? How do we make that little two-paragraph window into our company and our industry an enriching process and build in a reward? First of all, we keep it short. We expect to have a good following to our blog because we KNOW you are busy. No four paragraph lectures here.
One good idea a day! That’s what we want to give you. The reward? ONE GOOD IDEA! Not a dissertation, not a philosophical debate. MOST of you will have a busy client base who would love one simple takeaway also. BrightDart is an expert in one thing, marketing. That’s the focus.
So pick your focus, showcase your expertise, keep it SIMPLE and that, my friends, will enrich your readers!

Effective Blogging - Engage Your Audience!

Engaging your audience is like the home-run of blogging, right? How do you do that though?
There are some really subtle tools we’ve learned here at BrightDart from our own social media and blogging expert – and one of our favorites is to ask questions. According to our BrightDart blogging guru, even rhetorical questions engage the reader, don’t they? (You get the picture.) A question mark sets up an immediate physiological response in the reader. It creates a puzzle that your brain automatically wants to solve.
So go for it. Use subtle question marks that keep the conversation going. And use some pointed questions here and there that YOU, as a business, would like to know, like: “What is the #1 marketing dilemma you face right now?”
Trust me, asking what someone needs and inviting them into a back-and-forth conversation is more than the recipe for a great cocktail party – it’s a key component to relationship building. Your one-stop-shop for traditional marketing, online marketing, and digital printing
